Giving respect to the everyday work, to the people working there, no matter what there role is, she was focused on the simplicity of the necessity of having them to clear and move (the chairs) every day. By tracing the daily actions they repeat, to rise up in an instant and disappear again, showing the process and aftermath of actions that seem to have the same beginning and end, but are clearly different.
